Shipping

Please note, that we currently only ship to the United States & Canada. We are working to ship worldwide in the future.
Shipping & Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.
We prefer USPS (estimated 2–5 business days) for our USA customers, but use FedEx Ground in some instances. Canadian orders are mostly shipped via Fedex.
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
Returns
All of our products are carefully inspected before
they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Boheme Fragrances within
7 days of delivery.In the event the package is
damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days
of delivery.
